THE STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO ENSURE THE CREATION OF ASTONISHING RENDERINGS.

STEP 1

First of all, please send your project to the email: pcmaxya@gmail.com at least a few weeks before the deadline,

You must provide the following: the number of images, camera angles (sketches or screenshots), the general mood… Then, we are in a position to: determine the quote and timeframe that will allow you to make a booking with us.

STEP 2

Gather all information in a single package (3D model, Location- Google Maps-, views description, markups regarding materiality, lighting, landscape, staging…). As for 3D model, we work with all kind of files -Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Revit, 3D Max,…

  • Please arrange all the model elements in organized layers (roofs, slabs, windows, walls, ceiling, frames, railings,… )
  • Please avoid the inclusion of any element that is not an architectural object such as vegetation, people, cars,…
  • That would be better to provide the model of the building but If you don’t have it, we can make it for you, but You need to pay extra for it!

STEP 3

The process will be ready to begin once we have reviewed all your compiled information

Workflow

1. CANDIDATE VIEWS

First of all, we study the best and most attractive points of view, taking into consideration your proposed camera angles, and also, we are open to suggesting other candidates. As a result of this phase, we will provide you with a clay view in order to discuss and agree on camera angles.

2. DRAFTS

As a result of the initial briefing, We add all the detail which need, we create images by testing: materials, mood of the view, staging, and lighting conditions. Drafts are used to review and make necessary adjustments to our images based on your feedback.

3. FINAL DELIVERY, ENJOY THE RESULT!

After picking up your final feedback and making final adjustments to overdrafts, the definitive high-resolution versions are submitted to our customers.
